"Honestly, I’m weirdly thrilled with this order"
My order showed up right on time and everything looked exactly the way I expected, which somehow made me way happier than it probably should have. No issues, no weird surprises, nothing to complain about at all. I was basically ready to throw a tiny celebration over how smoothly it all went

"Feels way nicer than I expected"
I’ve been using this for a few weeks now and I’m really impressed. The fabric feels thick, soft, and definitely not cheap or flimsy. It still looks good and feels just as nice as when I first got it. I didn’t expect to like it this much, but it’s one of those little things that just makes me happy every time I use it.

"Decent box, but the tape didn’t hold up"
The box itself was fine overall, nothing fancy but it did the job. The only issue was that the tape started coming loose, which was a little annoying. I ended up pressing it back down a few times. Kind of reminded me of when I try to wrap presents and the tape refuses to cooperate, which always happens right when I’m in a hurry. Anyway, the box was okay, just wish the tape had stuck better.

"A Clean First Impression That Stuck"
When I first landed on Upper Story, I actually paused for a second because the site just looked really nice. It had that clean, put-together feel without being plain or boring. The colors and fonts worked well together, and everything felt easy on the eyes. I’ve been on plenty of websites that feel cluttered or overwhelming right away, but this one felt simple in a good way. It was one of those sites where the design quietly makes the whole experience better.

I ordered from upperstory mostly because I liked the personalization option. To be fair, it came out okay and it’s definitely still usable, so I’m not saying it was terrible or anything. But the name placement was a little off, and the preview looked cleaner online than what I received. I don’t think it was bad enough to go through the hassle of returning it, but I do wish they had paid closer attention to the small details before shipping it out

"Be Careful Before Fully Trusting It"
upperstory looks okay at first glance, and I didn’t see anything that felt seriously shady, but I’d still be cautious. The site is decent, but there just isn’t enough clear information or real customer feedback for me to feel totally comfortable yet. It might be legit, but I’d recommend doing your own research before buying or trusting the brand too much. For now, I’d give it 3 stars.

I tried upperstory and it was surprisingly simple to get around. The pages loaded fast, which I appreciate because I have zero patience for slow sites. The layout is clean and I didn’t really feel lost looking for things. It also worked fine on my phone, so that was nice. Not exactly life-changing or anything, but yeah, it did what it was supposed to do.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect when I ordered it, but I’m really happy with how it turned out. The piece from Upper Story feels sturdy and well made, like someone actually paid attention to the details. The edges are clean, the finish looks great, and nothing about it feels cheap or thrown together. It did take a bit to show up, but once I saw it in person, I didn’t really mind.

I had to send back a pair because I ordered the wrong size, and I was expecting it to turn into one of those annoying customer service back-and-forths. I don’t usually trust support to make returns easy, so I was glad I didn’t have to contact anyone. The return page was straightforward, I got the label right away, and the refund showed up a few days after they received it. Easy overall, which was a nice surprise.

"Honestly, don’t overlook the quality here"
I ordered from upperstory.com the quality was better than I expected. It feels really solid, not like some cheap piece with flimsy parts or a weird finish. I’ve been using it for a bit now and it still looks good. Just a heads up to anyone assuming it might be low quality because you haven’t heard much about it, don’t write it off too quickly. I’m happy with it overall.
